Head of HR, DreamWorks Animation, Dan Satterthwaite explains operational know-how and how caring for its talented staff remains the core of DreamWorks’ business.

“What we do in
addition to that I think is what actually make us unique in talent retention.  The breaks that we let people take, the
events that we host on campus for employees, the kinds of opportunities, like
bringing an ornithologist in to talk to our character effects artists; those
are the kinds of things that I think make DreamWorks a very different, unique
environment and that helps with retaining talent.”
