“This is the reality and they are very vocal. You know they come out in the blogs, just whatever they want to say and this is feedback, good feedback for us. And most of the time when we engage with them physically it all boils down to perhaps not really understanding what the real situation is. So once we engage with them and we have a discussion with them, we explain the situation, some things we are doing is not as simple as you may think. There’s a very complex network behind it. But I think what they’re looking for is the sincerity and our intentions that we really want to improve. We have put in place programs and initiatives to improve. And once they have understood that I think they are okay”
