IBM is helping address a critical shortage of math andscience teachers by leveraging the brains and backgrounds of some of its most experienced employees, enabling them to become fully accredited teachers in their local communities upon electing to leave the company. It’s another example of solid thinking delivering a win-win to corporation and public, and it’s being lead by IBM’s Stan Litow, VP Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Affairs.
