The ITC Holdings CEO discusses the importance of learning from mistakes.

“I have to be a good enough leader to let them have the latitude that they need to make mistakes and be patient that we’re going to get to the place where we want to be.”  Joseph Welch the CEO of ITC Holdings with regards to the way he leads his teams and his leadership methods.  In this interview he explains that in order for a team to develop any leader should allow room for errors, then encourage them to amend their ways.
