“I think I’m throughout the day thinking about things both in my personal life and in my professional life that I either should be or could be doing better in order to become a better leader, and I think the learning is trying to change those things rather than looking too much time at the things you’ve done well.  Although, if you can look at the things you do well and feel good about that, you might have more energy for looking at the things you do poorly, so obviously there’s a balance there.”
