Mobility, flexibility, efficiency: how smarter working can improve your business

January 30, 2019 10:00 am GMT

According to Forbes, 81% of CEOs see mobile technologies as strategically important for their businesses, with socially-enabled business processes close behind. The mobile workforce is our new working reality.

Dolly Parton may have worked 9 to 5; today’s employees demand flexibility – of hours, of location. Meaning collaboration and communication are key, delivered in convenient fashion and offering a seamless, valuable experience – for too long, they’ve been plagued by technology that’s hard to set up and even harder to use.

And the benefits for management may be even greater. According to Industry Week, senior managers spend 50% of their working time in meetings. The average weekly working hours for management positions is 47 (Gallup, 2017). That means 23.5 hours in meetings, and 17 hours in unproductive and inefficient meetings. Two wasted days, every week.

How can you enable mobility and flexible working to compete for talent and improve happiness? How can you improve efficiencies and – if data is the new oil – what are the benefits of integrating communication and collaboration directly with your CRM?

Join five senior executives and thought leaders on this roundtable discussion as we explore what makes a meeting successful, how to improve productivity, collaboration and engagement, and the technology enabling dialogue in our digital age.
