Are you maximising digital performance across every aspect of your business?

Ensuring a seamless employee experience for a global workforce

One thing is clear from every digital transformation success story: it’s as much about people as technology. Whether you are looking to create and enable a dynamic, mobile workforce, or rethinking the workplace entirely – experience drives adoption, and performance monitoring is foundational.

Historically, IT has focused on metrics like availability and response time, which are important indicators of service quality. However, those metrics fail to report performance from the end user’s perspective. And those metrics don’t relate the performance of IT in terms the business understands, such as how long it takes to look up a customer record, how long it takes to process a claim, or search a patient’s medical history. As a result, it’s difficult for application owners to understand how digital services are being adopted and used and what their overall impact is on the business. This, in turn, hinders future development or improvement efforts.

These challenges prevent businesses from delivering consistently stellar end-user experiences. Yet end-user satisfaction is arguably the most important aspect of digital transformation.

So… How are you maximising digital performance across every aspect of your business?
