SYNOPSIS

Large or small, the key performance indicator for business and government today is the ability to change at pace. Customer expectations are increasing exponentially, industries are being digitally disrupted, and your customers and workforce consume more apps every day.

But in order to survive and thrive, organisations need both agility and efficiency to meet these expectations, whilst retaining the integrity of the core business. New models to give you this agility – ‘hybrid’, ‘bimodal’ or ‘systems of record’ and ‘systems of engagement’ – create an organisational tension that must be addressed and optimised, to meet the demands of your market.

As a business technology leader, you are pivotal to this.

Join MeetTheBoss TV as we team up with Hewlett Packard Enterprise for an evening of lively discussion. Keynote speaker and Chief Editor of Wired, David Rowan, will be talking about what digital disruption/transformation really means for large organisations, setting the scene for independently facilitated peer-to-peer conversation over three courses. Followed by your chance to put questions to our incredible digital transformation panel, including David Rowan, and HPE’s Chief Technologist, David Chalmers.
